2013 Italian tour a success! Drummer Brian Cooper and I returned in March from our two week tour in Italy and Switzerland, which I'm happy to report was a resounding success. We're planning a return tour for October of this year. We were joined on all 13 shows, by Italian bass player, and all-around great guy, Andrea "Lupo" Lupi, who's hospitality, musicianship and years of experience made for a smooth tour from start to finish. Some old friends showed up at various gigs and sat in, which was a lot of fun. Special thanks to Marco "Python" Feccio in that regard, who joined us at Club Nidaba in Milano and played a lot of kick-ass guitar. High and Lonesome shows added for July 2013 Hey folks. I just confirmed two dates for High and Lonesome that will also be fund-raisers for the family of our original drummer, Brad Engeldinger, who died in a tragic car accident this winter. The bill, in addition to High and Lonesome, will feature my band, The Body Electric, as well as Des Moines' Brother Trucker. The dates are:
